Leopard Tortise foot turning black

I have a 4 month old leopard tortise and I noticed from this morning to tonight his/her right leg has turned a really dark brown - almost black. No signs of anything else wrong or different. Is this normal - or should I head for the vet?

Hi Brandi,
Is there any way you can post picture of the leg? That would help us figure out what is going on.
