Hey guys , can you help out figure out the gender of this leopard tortoises.

Do you have the two and are they housed together?
What ages are they?
Right now look female, but depending on the age and if housed together and how they are housed, they could either have been slowed to mature or just to young to sex yet.
Tortoises should never be housed in pairs.

Not mine . Basically they are my friend’s he is moving out of country in a month . He wants me to adopt them . So I’m looking to adopt and convincing other friends if they can one in .

Hopefully you can pass that information about pairs onto your friend in the meantime, if they’ve been raised together you can see how one has been more stunted which is very typical with pair dynamics, they’re under constant stress
