How fast should my baby leopard tortoises be growing? I've had them for about a month and hasn't seen any growth.

It does take a little while. They all grow at their own pace, so there is no one answer. I may have said this already, sorry if i have. But, If you haven't yet, check out Toms threads below in my post. The sully ones will apply also. Give proper housing, diet, hydration and excercise and they will grow.

Are you sure you haven't seen growth? You need to measure them and keep track of weight because they don't really grow fast enough to notice a change each day but they are growing. If your guy truly hasn't grown then you need to re-evaluate your enclosure and feeding. I don't really notice how much my hatchlings are growing until I place a new baby in the group and then it is obvious to me.

Yes sadly I did loose one tortoise. So I'm doing everything in my power to make sure these guys grow happy and healthy! I've read everything and hope I'm doing it right!

Post a pic of your enclosure and give us a run down of temps, humidity, lights your using, substrate, diet, soaking routine, etc and we can help you tweak it if needed.

ImageUploadedByTortForum1374170420.689895.jpg finally able to build humid hide. Still need to get a light for inside of it. ImageUploadedByTortForum1374170462.703172.jpg humid temp is 85 and humidity is 80% basking spot it 100 degrees and cool side is around 80 degrees. I currently feed hibiscus some cactus and a mix it with zoo med feed. I have a seed mix currently in the mail though. I do soak everyday for about 30 min and as you can see there is a water bowl that they are welcome to soak anytime. They get taken outside normally for about a couple hours but today isn't the best weather.

They can spurt, one second no growth another multiple inches. You won't see growth in such a short time, give it a little longer and you will start to notice

I would suggest you also feed some chopped up spring mix lettuce. That gives them a nice variety of leaves and textures, plus they like it alot. I put a pile on the plate in the morning and my hatchlings will devour it in no time. They like a good variety of foods so try to give them more options, not at one time but try something new each week and rotate your food choices around.

I thought lettuce was bad? Do I just get some organic stuff at the grocery store. And they every now and then they get kale and little soft chunks of carrot.

You really need to do some more research on raising leopards. Go search for threads by Tom and Neal and read up on feeding and housing.
Go to the bagged/boxed section of your local grocery store and find the spring mix lettuce, which is usually organic (I get mine at Kroger and Wal-Mart). You can get a container that will last you a very long time for $2.50. Grab a handful of leaves out of it and chop them up into small pieces for now and feed them twice a day. If he eats all of it, then give him a little bigger pile the next day until you figure out about how much he will eat at a sitting. It sounds like you are feeding your guy the right stuff and not enough of it right now.

I feed them twice a day and they have never finished it. They also have real plants they can eat when ever they desire.
