Lighting for Russian tortoise

I'm about to get a Russian tortoise so I'm looking to see what kind of lights will be best for him. I know that I need a heat light and a basking light. I just don't know which kind are the best to use?. Will I need to buy a nighttime light?

Hello, and I have a few suggestions.. I use a Arcadia T5 24" HO UVB for the' rays' and I also have 2 brooders lamps for the heat source as the T5 don't pit out any heat.. night time, u use no heat and my temps drop to 65 at night.. then again, my RT are pretty old so they need the temp drops at night. You did not mention how old your RT are?.. hatching need a bit of a different approach. Oh, I use 75 watt halogen bulbs for the basking lamps.. they give off a little UVA, not much but a little.. under the brooders lamp its 100..ambient daytime is 80.. again night, it falls off a bit..
