Hi.about to buy a d3 uvb basking lamp by arcadia..100w.can anyone tell me if this includes lamp and bulb..Henri's mum.thanks

I think you're asking if the bulb you're buying includes the FIXTURE, yes? No, you have to buy the fixutre separately. Be sure to buy one with a ceramic base, and a 10 or 12" bell, like this:

But take the clamp off and hang it. If you mount it at an angle it shortens the life of the bulb, plus, those clamps sometimes fail and cause a fire.

Or if you are buying the tube kind, just be sure you get the right fixture for the type of end pins it has. The place you order it from should be able to help you
