Hey I had recently got a leopard tortoise he is on a t5 high out put uv bulb and I was wondering wether I should change to a different type of uv emitter.

What sort of enclosure do u have? How big is your leopard/enclosure? What's the age of the leopard? Does he get to go outside? It depends on many variables.

It is a 20 gallon long and how is a baby bit only get sun light in the summer

The UV light is a good one, only I think you should have gotten a T-8.

T5 HO is an excellent choice. Far superior to T8 in UVB and light spectrum.
