How big does a mail Russian Tortous get and is there a way to tell his age? I done have a tape measure, but he's a little bigger than a softball.

How big does a mail Russian Tortous get and is there a way to tell his age? I done have a tape measure, but he's a little bigger than a softball.

Russians probably get to around 25cm length; it depends on gender. Unless you know when it actually hatched, it's extremely difficult to assess age, even experts struggle. Without detailed examination of blood, it's more of a guess than an accurate assessment.
