Little Constipated after Nutrazu.

Indu my Star Tortoise always gets a little constipaded after eating his Nutrazu. Does anyone has the same experience with Mazuri?
It will be winter soon and I was going to give the Nutrazu more regularly. But if Indu gets constipaded every time, I am not sure that is a good idea.

Are Nutrazu and Mazuri the same thing? I guess constipation could be a problem as it gets close to hibernation time? Maybe stop giving it?

Nutrazu is the European equivalent of Mazuri, yes.
Indu won't go in hibernation, he is a Star Tortoise. They don't hibernate. I have him in a closed chamber in my house.
But I can't give him much weeds in the winter anymore, so I thought I would give more Nutrazu.

Anyone has the same reaction with his Tort and Mazuri?

I don’t know if this thread is still active but I heard that dry Mazuri can be dehydrating for a tort. If you soak it, soak it for over 30 minutes to makes sure it’s soaked thoroughly before feeding it to your tort.
