Live plants? Grass?

So I'm new here and starting from the bottom, I'm building an indoor enclosure for a baby sulcata. What type of grass and plants can I put in?

I sometimes add plants to my enclosures, generally potted in Tupperware containers to stop the potting medium from spreading around the enclosure; I'm currently using pothos and spider-plants.

I also sprout wheat seeds and microgreens and will either feed them on the tile I feed my torts on, or "plant" a jar-lid full of the sprouted seeds in the substrate for the torts to graze on.
