Looking to get another Russian/need some advice

Hello! I could use a couple pointers on getting another Russian.

I own a female Russian (Rose) I've had her since I was really young (like 4 or 5..not sure..)
So she's around 7. and she lives in a 6/3-4ish table.

Anyways, recently I've been looking into getting another female.
I know 6 by 4 isn't exactly the preferred size. but this would only be until I get the recourses to make a massive outside enclosure.
Plus I would also have another 'enclosure' just in case they don't get along.

I've heard a lot about keeping male with male, and male and females. but not much about two females.

You'll need two separate enclosures. Russians can't live in pairs, even if both female. It may be less violent than two males or a male and female, but they're still territorial and can hurt each other. This isn't a species that pairs work well for.

Adding to what Sarah said you would still need 2 enclosures, you would need to Quarantine the new one for 6 months to a year before introducing them to one another. So this alone would keep them separate and in their own enclosure
