I've had my sulcata tortoise baby for 8 months now and she eats just fine (all the time), rests good ,drinks water good and poops good but she stays the same wait why is she not growing?

Give us more information. How much does your sulcata baby weigh now, and what was the weight 8 months ago?
It could be the way the baby was started its first month of life by the breeder, or perhaps issues with the way you are keeping it.

What are the temperatures of the enclosure? Min, Max, Basking, and overnight?
Can we see pictures of the enclosures including they types and placement of lights and heating?
