Lump on jowl/chin?

I just noticed Lulu has a lump on the side of his jowl. It wasn't there yesterday. I felt it and it feels like loose skin. He didn't react in pain and hasn't changed his habits.

We do have an unfortunate fly problem, could a horse fly have bitten him? Is it normal growth?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Wow he's really going to town on that cuttlefish bone, huh?
I'm new here and don't have any advice. I hope someone can offer something. Extra soak time? Make sure he's very warm? That's all I got.

Might be Dry skin, I saw a little patch on Daisy’s head when she was smaller and I just slowly poured warm water over her entire shell and head... she loves to be sprayed, and it went away.

Looks swollen, possible wasp, or bee sting? Can you get a good pic from the side of the head?

Hard to tell if it's in the area where an ear might be. If yes, then it may be an ear abscess. Can I see a picture of the side of the head where the swelling is?
