b2.jpga3.jpga1.jpga1.jpgb2.jpga3.jpga1.jpga1.jpga1.jpghe ,she, is about 12 and 1/2 inches the plastron is as flat as a board , to me it's a short tail but i don't have any to compare to, what does the experts think ? Thanks ,, i have had him ,her for 2 years and she was about 3 inches when i got her so to she she grown fast,, what do you think?

Well, there's always one of us to put a monkey wrench in the mix. Because the tips of the anal scutes point outwards, and the over all shape of the tortoise (more oblong than round), I was thinking it is a male.

Again Thanks,, it's hard to tell when you only have pictures to compare to , i know no one in my area that has tortoises ,,

With that excellent growth rate, it is a tortoise to watch. Very cool.
