Martin or Martha?

I got this little Russian from Petco. Any opinions if he/she is a Martin or a Martha?

From what I have read on here am I to assume He/She is at least two yrs old?

I'm no expert on russians but I think females generally can begin to lay after 5-6 inches in shell length. Hopefully a russian expert chimes in to clarify that.
