Meet My Turtles

I wanted to introduce my six turtles. They are transferring to their feeding tank.
I have had each of these since they were tiny.
They are:
3 three striped mud turtles .. Bubbles, Penny and Fourina
2 Red cheeked mud turtles.. Rosie and Ruby
1 Southern Painted... Rocky.

The mud turtles have a special 40 G tank loaded with furniture as they like shallow water.

How old is your painted turtle?

Almost 2 years old.
I got a male as they stay smaller.

Cool, i was just wondering because i am probably going to get one next year or so.
He's not full grown is he?

He is not full grown, but the "male Southern Painted" stay on the small side.
Regular painted turtles get quite large.
He has quite the personality!

Cute turtles. The painted should stay 5-6". I have a male in my turtle pond outside. He was a rescue so not sure how old he is. I have three baby stinkpots... The stripes are cool too. Very similar.
