I think your tortoise might be older than 3 years, pet stores often lie about their age when selling wild caught adults. A pucture from their underside and a measurement from their tail to head (bottom of the shell) will help to approximate their age.
Also, no cherries or any fruit/berries for Russian tortoises, they don't handle sugar well, so we recommend not feeding them all together.
Your waterbowl seems slippery, you should change it to a terracotta saucer.
What size is the enclousure? If this is an adult tortoise, that looks too small.
We also advice against free roaming, because it is impossible to make compleatly safe.
