I am still trying to help out this Pakistan rescue and had a question about Commenilia Diffusa. I am not a very knowledgeable plant person so came to ask the experts. It's common name is Spreading Dayflower, anyone know how safe this is?

He has started eating hibiscus leaves and flowers, spreading dayflower (commelina diffusa), Bermuda grass (cynodon dectadon, please confirm if the scientific name is correct), Grass has still not reached 70% of his diet but he has started eating average quantities of it!
