Misty my sulcata I rescued March 7th had been doing great! She has been eating great and never puts up a fight during her soaks no matter what time of day:)
She is still currently indoors but I got a perfect spot outdoors that I am looking to make into her enclosure .
In the first pic here she is LOVING her basking light!

In the second pic can you tell me if the new shell growth(if any) looks smooth

I don't think you will be able to tell for quit some time if she will smooth out a bit. She is pretty pyramided.

It's a bit hard to tell. Misty's shell breaks my heart. I hope her shell does grow smoothly.

She will be getting an outdoor enclosure within the next month so she can graze freely:)

If it were me, I would most definately get her mazuri, give her plenty of sun and extra calcium. Don't worry about the shell. It will improve some.

She's a cutie even with her poor little shell. Sounds like her new care takers got her well taken care of :) thank goodness!!
