mixing???

hey everyone. so i have purchased mazuri pellets, zoo med grassland tort mix and the herbal hay from tortoise supply. i was wondering if i could mix a batch (with water) big enough to feed for 4-5 days? this isn't all she is getting ( she usually gets some kind of weed or green leafy plant in the AM and the dry food mixed with water in the evening) it would just save me a lot of time. thanks everyone!

You can try it and see if the tort likes it...that is a sure fire way to know, especially since each tort is different on their own individual likes/dislikes, you know.

You don't want to mix up to big a batch as it might turn sour.

Yvonne is right it would go sour/stale after a day. I would take one day a week to prepare small bags of the mix for the rest of the week that way its ready to go when feeding time comes.
