Sure looks like it, but can I see the trunk too?

The trunk is on the other side of a privacy fence in my neighbors yard. This part is just growing over. I can try to get a picture of it tomorrow. I don’t think I’ve ever seen it produce any berries.

Most mulberries planted in yards are "fruitless" mulberries. The fruiting variety is very messy.
