Hello every one,

I'm from Egypt, my baby tortoise(Tutu) refuses to eat by herself, i have to cut the lettuce into very small pieces and put it near her mouth so she could eat, she isn't moving so much also. She is 1 year old and was so healthy and crazy all the time starting from the day she hatched in.
I don't use any special lighting as the sun shines on her house every day, i tried to give her something else lettuce to eat but the same thing happened!

does anyone here know what's happening?

Hi Sana Ahmad and welcome to the Forum.

Your tortoise isn't warm enough. Just having the sun shine through the window isn't good enough. The tortoise also needs a light shining down on the habitat so she can sit under it and get warm.

Do you soak the baby in warm water every day?

Hello and Welcome:) if the only sun light she is getting is through a window, she is not getting any UVB. They need UVB, very important. Give us a run down of her environment, temps, humidity, substrate, diet, supplements, etc. We can better help you with these answered.
