Enjoying the freshly installed misting system. Definitely more effective than my dual humidifiers that would fog the enclosures. Will be much easier to clean too (thanks @coastal).

    17 Feb 17 -68g (day she arrived)
    3 Mar 17 -81g

Eating well. Finally had a fecal movement.

She has adjusted to my handling and doesn't pull into her shell.

A few friends will arrive in the coming weeks.

Hoping for them to arrive in a few weeks :) 2 of the 3 incoming hatched in February so they need a little more time to make the trip over.

Very excited and looking forward to sharing. They will knock your socks off

Beautiful radiated! They sure love cactus! I gave cactus or hibiscus to my radiated once a week as treat. 2702.jpeg

So far she's only taken a little nibble here and there of the cactus, spring mix, and other assorted veggies I've offered her. Really she only tried the cactus. But she eats the mazuri and marion I put out for her. Guessing it is just a matter of time until she starts looking to eat the other offerings.

I sat an watched her lay in her water dish and stretch out and bask under the MVB lamp. Really made my night seeing her relax and seemingly look comfortable. Had some family over and they had their first look at her. They are getting anxious to see the rest of the herd coming in.

Not shy in any measure. Super active. I'll get more pictures once the weather clears (lots rain and winds here = bad reception).

This little guy is a bit more active. My female is more laid back but when she's stimulated she's looking around and being a ham.

The little one just snacked a little on the spring mix today. So I left a little Marion Zoologic and Mazuri out for him and he went nuts :) I'm just calling this tortoise a him just as a pure guess.

Looking forward to the other 2 radiata coming in (possibly next week depending on scheduling).

Female holding steady at 82 grams.

The little one is gaining weight very quickly. Arrived at 37 grams on 7 March. Today it's tipping the scale at 51 grams (before eating).

I've introduce them a little and they seem to be OK with some interaction. Here is a picture of them taking in a spa soak

I have 2 radiata coming in this week (giving me a total of 4). With hatches coming up I have a gut feeling I will likely add another animal or two.

My 2 new ones arrived safe and sound. Active and exploring. Thanks @coastal

Included a pic of all of them :) These were taken just a few minutes after they came home. I'll be sure to add a few more once they settle in.
