I posted the dalmatian spa to show what soaking effort can reward you.
They are now about 3 inch. I'm showing only 2 of my 8. The other ones are still sleeping. They take a while in the morning.

20140207_065632.jpgThis is my new "pack" of hermann babies. They are a handful.Very small 1.5inch and came in dehydrated. From my experience now they get their spa day too. They are a challenge since they came in sluggish, not eating not pooping. After about 10 days now I see poop. Before there was only some smear coming out, well I have experience with the small ones. They are coming around.

Wow, hermanns and egyptians! You must be pretty busy.

They are actually not very work intense. When you start out with them it is like beeing a mom, but when they are established I check twice a day to see whether everything is ok with them. The egyptians tend to be up side down, they climb and fall off.
The more you give them space the better they do. They do not like to be massed with a lot. Egyptians are very fearful animals that hide very quick.

Glad they are doing well! I like the star pattern on the Hermann's. I hope to have some baby Easterns this summer to show off to you Annette. :)
