So here's an update... I named him Frank and I'm currently in the progress of making a permanent outdoor enclosure for him. Whenever I take him out of his temporary enclosure to roam around and graze (because he ate all the weeds in his enclosure) he will hunt down any dog turd I missed while raking them up and eat it. I have no idea why he does this but I doubt it's healthy. But other than eating poo, he seems very happy and I will post pictures of his enclosure when it is finished.

They all eat poop.......while super gross to us humans there is undigested nutrients in there not that poop eating should be encouraged.
