Hi and welcome! How warm is your water? What have you been feeding? For outside how about a large sized children's wading pool for starters? Or go onto Freecycle (or the like) and see if anybody has an old horse or sheep water tank. Even a preformed fish pool.

Okay, I merged your two threads into one for you.

Welcome, oXoJMGoXo!!

The rocks aren't going to hurt your turtle, but the tank is a bit on the small side for a turtle that size.

I take in a lot of rescues and what I use outside is a large horse trough. I like the black rubber-like ones. I don't use rocks or substrate, because I have to clean it out when it gets dirty - no filter. If you have a filter, then you won't need to clean it out so often.

Definitely agree that you need a larger indoor enclosure with a water heater. Is the light that your using a basking light and if so how warm does it get in the basking spot?
