Oh-oh-oh ... you must remove that light bulb, super fast. That is the coil type that for some reason or another hurts their little baby eyes.
The coil light bulbs are evil for tortoises. : 0

Thank you very much, What UVB bulb would you suggest? I tried using powersun, but due to space restrictions, It might be to hot for the them also.

Nice looking torts, only artificial UVB I would use would be Zoomed T5HO 10% or Arcadia T5HO 3D+ 12%. You will need a matching fixture. I would aim for the light to cover about half the enclosures length and 15"-18" of the ground.

I got the ploughshare some time ago, and the 2 radiatas just recently. They seem to be fine with the carpet!

I don't know much about those tortoises but shouldn't they have proper substrate. I might be wrong.

I agree with @yillt because they like to dug and burrow however your enclosure does look nice
