My Russian tortoise shell doesn’t look normal

I was noticing that my Tortoise shell is curling I don’t know the cause or why or what I’m doing wrong please help

That is unusual.

Your enclosure looks very dry. That might be contributing.

What type of heat lamps are you using? Any indoor UV?

Yes i recently had got a UV lamp and also a heating lamp her previous owner only used one light and im pretty sure it was just some random light bulb. When i first got her she was not like this.

One of my Russians has shell growth identical to your tortoise, she developed like that from lack of UV light over the span of a couple years.
Your tortoise has metabolic bone disease, make sure to provide calcium supplements once in a while and continue using the UV light you recently obtained.
