My russian tortoise

Heres my russian, Beeker.

I adopted him. Someone had found him then let their dog chew him.
its not too bad, just scratches. he was quite traumatized though.
he'll come around I'm sure. Hes pretty good size, about 6 inches.

Yeah, but its only getting better. he is doing fantastic. and he eats like a horse. He refuses to eat greens. He has been surviving on tons of grass, hay, clover, dandilion and water. lots of water.

Sounds like Beeker is now in a tort heaven on earth. He doesn't look the worst for wear. Nice that you ended up with him as your forever friend. And sounds like he is eating all the good things he should. "tons of grass, hay, clover, dandilion and water, lots of water" Congrats to both you and Beeker.
