My sully is 60lbs the other day she got into some potatoes very aggressive like it was a Apple...is it ok for her to have them once in a while??

What type ? Sweet potato is good, yams are good...I don't know if I would offer up a russet type baking potato though??? Likely not going to cause any direct harm...but just does not seem as though enough benefits with a regular ole potato....
