Need help identifying leaf that tortoise was eating

Need help with identifying this leaf I saw my tortoise chomping on. Looking on TortoiseTable the plant it was close to looked a bit like a Ground Elder but I really have no skill in identifying plants at all.

Using google lens on it tells me its an Adenostemma which isn't on tortoise table

Usually a little wont hurt. Just don't let him keep eating it without a proper ID first.
A picture of the tree or plant it came from would help someone ID it easier.
