Help Identifying this Plant!!

I have this bush in my backyard and I was either told it is a Rose Of Sharon (Hibiscus Syriacus). I looked on the Tortoise Table app and it looks very similar to a Rose Of Sharon they have listed, But they said it could be commonly mistaken for St Johns Wort, which is toxic. Their was also a mention that it may be Rhododendron, which is also toxic. Can any one help identifying this plant and is it safe to feed to my Russian tortoise?

And 100% sure that it is not Rhododenderon... and for sure Rose of Sharon. Feed Away blossoms and leaves too.
