Need help with temps and humidity

Hey there,I'm in Scotland,I have an indian star,same husbandry as ur leopards,I realy struggle to get past 60,do u think ur climate helps u get that high 90%,or I'm maybe doing something wrong,any advice would be great thanks

Are you using a closed chamber? Climate doesn't matter in a closed chamber.
