Need Urgent Help !!!(turtle lethargic)

I have turtles who are with me since last 2-3 months. Since two weeks one of the naughtiest one not reacting much. it always keeps on sleeping. When poked a bit, it moves, open eyes and then again shuts up and remain silent. I even don't know about its family type.

Also want to know, which family it belongs to...? It have dark green color designer shells over it and have orange dots beside eyes...

Sounds like a box turtle, but a picture would help. Could be trying to hibernate.

Post pic in order for us to correctly identify. Where do you live, state, are they outside or inside? If outside, what are your temps and if inside what is the temp of the aquarium water?

Are your turtles outside in a pond, or inside in an aquarium? Turtles won't eat if they can't warm up to AT LEAST 80 degrees, so, if inside, do you have a landing area where they can climb out of the water and sit under the light to warm up?
