You should watch the clip ! The movie itself was pretty dumb but as a tortoise lover always liked that part . Next he asks if it's a cat in the hat & they tell him it's a tortoise in a shell

I've seen the movie quite a few times. My friends and used to sit there and watch dumb movie all weekend.
