I got my new tortoise today and she seems happy in her new set up. does it seem ok. Comments and suggestions would be appreciated. Also she has been fed on pellet type food and but i have bought plants that she can eat and have grown tortoise weeds. Will she automatically eat those and i will eventually be able to stop the pellet food

Yes she will. Reptiles hate change, give her time. Russians are extremely active and like very hit basking areas. Are you familiar with urates? Its not reg. Urine, theirs comes out like paste. Its normal and soak her 3x in warm water for 20 min. Offer collard grens chopped very small, slowly remove the pelleys. You can offer her watermelon once a month. Just let her find her way and you will see her personality shine! I have one myself and they are very cool:))

I have a hibiscus, nasturtium and hoster planted in her enclosure and im growing tortoise weeds and dandelions in a pot to tranfer s section at a time but she hasnt tried any yet
