Hello everyone from sunny Jacksonville, FL. For as long as I can remember I have had a fascination with tortoises. Many years ago I had a couple of Hermann's tortoises, but had to find them a new home during one of our moves. I have a young daughter now and I'm getting the itch to get another tortoise. I think she would really enjoy it (and so would I) and a tortoise would make a great addition to the family. This is more of a longer term process as I want to understand what I'm getting into before making a decision. I would like to thank everyone for their expertise in advance.
