This has been my habitat for my baby sulcata. She really enjoys her little hide out, but the tank in my opinion has done its time and needs to go. I plan on getting a 20 gallon tank, I could use some ideas for the substrate. I will also be buying her calcium, basking lights, and more. Will this be good? By the way this is my first post ^-^

Also she likes to run around with hay in her mouth and then throw it everywhere. So that's why there's hay everywhere.

To make sure I understand correctly, your baby sulcata is housed in less than 20 gallons currently and your upgrade is still only going to be 20 gallons?

I'd like to encourage you to check around on the site before making your purchase. TFO is a great place to learn :)

I won't be so subtle.. Please do not make a 20 gallon an upgrade for your tortoise. A 75 gallon might be ok for about a year or so for a sulcata but even that won't do. :) keep reading on here as you will learn tons

Could you buy a few plastic storage bins and attach them together? Or you could use an old book shelf on it's back with the shelves removed.

For substrate you can use coco coir or top soil.

Also building a wood enclosure is pretty cheap and some what easy. Mine in 4 by 4 and cost 30$
