New Kid on the Block

Hi All,
I'm mommy to a 16 year oldEastern Box Turtle named Shelldon. We live in Dayton, OH and share our home with a husband, two boys (41/2 and 20 months), a Great Dane and a cat.

We are very new to caring for a turtle but so far things are going pretty well. Shelldon is very curious and very laid back and fits right into the family as he loves to eat.

Thanks AZ. Shelldon is not allowed near Daisy unless I am right there to supervise. Daisy can get a bit excited so I watch her like a hawk.
