New marginated owner!

Hi everyone!

I'm a very new tortoise owner, having got my first marginated tortoise 2 weeks ago- called Egg. Egg is very active and enjoys patrolling his enclosure.

I've attached an image of the table I've got for him, do I require another lamp to brighten the table? And what other recommendations have everyone got?!

I've not included a water dish due to the horror stories of baby Torties drowning, Egg is a year old and I soak him 5-6 days a week.

I don't keep Marginated tortoises, and know nothing about their care, so don't have any words of wisdom to offer you, however, I wanted to say that it's a nice size enclosure for the size of the tortoise.

I too was worried about water in my baby enclosures, so I solved the problem by adding small pebbles in the waterer, making the water shallower.
