Unless your tortoise is a juvenile or sub adult, you can't tell the sex.

How big is your Sulcata? Maybe just for entertainment purpose, send us few picture of your torts, I mean the underside, if you can have some close-up of the butt, that will be even better. If your torts is only around 5CM, then never mind. because there will be no way to tell.
