I got a redfoot yesterday, and managed to get her to eat something today, but it was only a little bit of lettuce. I had put some Woodlice in there for her protein, but 2 died and the other 3 disappeared, so i am not sure whether she actually ate any. Is there any veg that i can give her that can supplement the protein she didn't have today?

Red-foots can handle protein, but they do not need meat protein on a regular basis. Some of us feed it as rarely as monthly as long as the overall diet is balanced and varied.

Also, a brand new tortoise is going to be stressed and acting funny for a few days, often up to a week. It is generally best to just let it rest and get used to the new surroundings. Offer some food daily but do not worry if it dies not eat right now.

I agree with Mark. You could try feeding yellow and red fruits such as pineapple or strawberries to perk up her appetite. Some people try feeding something with a noticable smell, such as rehydrated aquatic turtle pellets. You could also try mixing your protein items with fruit so it's more enticing to her. Whatever you do, good luck.
