New rescue. Please help ID

Was told it was a female sulcata. I know better. Was also told it come from mexico. Any advice?

That does look like a bolsen to me. Gopherus flavamarginata. Very endangered. Im not the best at id the young ones though. gBtortoises should know.

I agree with Kelly that is the native tortoise to Mexico the Bolson tortoise. Very cool looking little guy too.

Well now I am on the computer and not my phone to see it better. Yep, it be a bolsen to me still. So howwww did you get this guy again?

It was given to me. I live in El Paso. Which is right on the border to mexico.
