Red Foots fit that pretty well tbh, as long as you live in a climate where humidity is relatively high. They aren't unique though. Generally, unique and easy to care for don't go together. Indian Stars would also fit most of that and are unique, but their care can be hard it seems depending on your style and where you live. They are only tolerable of each other though, and not that outgoing. That's another thing actually, the rarer species tend not to be as outgoing as some of the others.I want a tortoise that's:
