I'm contemplating whether or not buying a baby burmese black mountain tortoise and having it live in the same environment with my red and yellow foot torts, would it be okay?

May I know how big is your YF and RT? Are they babies too? If they are also small babies, I will say it is OK even I know lots experts suggested NOT to put different breeds of tortoise in one enclosure due to the contamination and disease may pass from one to the other Torts.

It is a good way to have yourself build a new enclosure for the new guy.

The two than I have are both babies, no bigger than my palm. I picked that tort due to the fact they live more or less in the same enviroment.

But there are no local shops selling the tortoise that im interested and im real hesitant about ordering it via online.

Fighting the bigger ones eating the smaller ones . Disease these two tortoises would never come into contact in the wilds . They can pass parasites ,germs that the other can't over come and they can die . Why risk it?

You can keep them in the same room but not in the same setup . If you have a green house divide with a 2×8 or bricks .

You can thats up to you . I'd rather see and hold any tortoises I'd buy . Plus its a little cheaper to by from a breeder .
