The person is a girl with pigtails, the orange thing is a tube of tortoise food (I've never seen tortoise chow in tube form???).
Well, even if that is supposed to be a tube of tortoise chow, which I, also, have never seen, except for some of the Mazuri type pellets which can come in a drum, even then how many children are going to have psycho girl in pigtails clubbing the torts, rather than just standing there with the food?
