Not Peeing for More than 20 days.

My tortoise has not PEED for more than 20 days ..now what should i do so that he can pee and poo..
Will it affect its Health?
Which Food to give so that he can POO AND PEE?

How do you know that it has not peed?
What type of tort do you have?
What is the substrate? Temps?
Do you soak? Does it always have an easily accessible water dish?

Yes i do soak him in warm water...
He doesnt opens his mouth to eat..so i put food in his mouth
I have UVB light to keep him warm also.s
he hasnt peed From last 3 n half Weeka

My tort often pees while soaking. Its usually clear so if you didn't see the water move you wouldn't know.

If your tort is not eating on his own that is a big sign something is wrong.
What are your temperatures and humidity?
What kind of substrate are you using?
What types of food are being offered?
Perhaps we can figure out what is wrong with your tort.

i Went to Vet 3 to 4 times...They Aint Giving Medicines..
I give Frenchbeans for now...
I dont Know Where the food goes as i feed him Everyday but He aint pooping for last 3 weeks...
How to know the temperatures?

He got white stuff like Ulcer in his mouth becoz of he isnt pooping from so many days .....
what should i feed him so tht he can poop?

We need all the info asked above in order to help you. What are the temps of the enclosure? What substrate do you use? How big is the enclosure?

How about a thermometer or a temp gun to measure your temps. You can not properly raise or keep a tortoise without knowing the temps. If your temps are not right he will get sick and die. Have you read the care sheets for your tort?
