Odd lines underneath scutes

Hi all,
Well for about 2 months now, around there. I have noticed small white lines under the scutes form. The pictures aren't very clear, but also he has shed very small pieces of his shell which looks like new shell underneath. But their is a piece that looks like it will come off, but it looks a little brown. And parts of his shell are quite rough or seem slightly white. So I was a bit worried if it was shell fungus or rot. Thanks.
P.S he's a Russian tortoise, and his shell is pyramided slightly.

Try to post a better picture. But I think the white lines you are seeing is just new growth lines. Also, they do shed. Don't peel it off, let it do its own thing. The black part, try to post a pic of that too.

I don't see anything to worry about. Under the scutes is growth lines. The dark, I think is just the color of your tort at that spot of peeling.
