Odd!

My radiated tortoise weighed 461g in the morning, was fed couple pellets of soaked mazuri.
Then, several hours later in the afternoon, it started drinking ALOT of water, it's as though he ran a marathon. I took his weight out of curiosity and it was 495g!

Is this normal? Thats Nearly a 10% increase.

Hmm I probably shdnt worry about this. I place fresh water everyday in the enclosure. Never seen it drink that much before.

It must have been a salty breakfast, haha.
But I wouldn't worry about it, as long they are eating and active, nothing to worry about.

maybe his food was so nasty he was just trying to wash the taste out of his mouth. really, you should spend more time preparing your tort's food so that it tastes good... geez...

haha, yea perhaps i shd cook up some pork chop topped with mushroom sauce, i'm sure it'd like that.
