If your tortoise is like my tortoises, he or she is going to sniff out the mazuri and trample over the other greens just to get at it. It'll eat that and then whatever he or she has room left and then ignore the rest until they get hungry later.

Some tortoises just don't for some reason. Offer it occasionally and monitor the results. I personally hate the texture of it but my tortoises won't eat shredded flowers and weeds without it.
I've had sulcatas that didn't care much for Mazuri. That is okay. The other stuff is good too.
Whenever my wife makes fun of me for stuff like this, I remind her that she chose to marry me, so what does it say about her!
I do the same thing when she gets mad at me for no reason. You know, the way all married women get mad at their husbands for no reason. I ask her: "What the heck is wrong with YOU? Why did you marry such a terrible AS****LE?!!! There is a whole world of terrific men to choose from out there and you chose ME???" The look on her face every time is funny.
