Outdoor Enclosure flowers

Hello! I am looking for any suggestions on edible flowers for my Leopard Tortoise outdoor enclosure.
I got a bunch of grass seed variety from Tortoise Supply but wondering if there is a list of flowers or plants that I could purchase to plant.

I have roses, hibiscus, hollyhocks and dandelions so far. I had different annuals too but she ate them to the ground and they were poof gone. (The plants not necessarily the flowers). Mine doesn’t really like flowers. I sometimes cut them up real small and hide them in her food. I feed her rose and hibiscus leaves daily and source mulberry and grape leaves.
